| Senior Q.S Senior Q.S needed for analytical estimates & related on-cost for building & civil projects, quantity take-off, pricing variation orders & additional works for current projects, preparation of pre-qualification documents, reviewing & auditing of all project costs, programming & scheduling of projects & verification of contractor / s application for payment. Candidates sought should hold a B.Sc in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in development and negotiation of complex contracts, cost control & procurement regulations policies. | |
