| Guest Front Office Executive Our client, a leading mortgage provider in the UAE is looking for an Emirati candidate to work as Gateway Front Office Officer to be based in their Abu Dhabi office. In this position, you will be the first point of contact within the company’s HQ lounge and create a professional and helpful image of the company and support sales teams with the leads generated from walk-in prospects e.g. gather all required information from the walk-in prospects and pass onto the sales team. In addition, you will handle customer feedback forms by reading, segregating, capturing data in a timely manner, on a daily basis, and sending standard letters in response to both positive and negative feedback from customers. Ideal candidate will have a degree in any relevant field with at least 1-2 years experience in a customer service role. You need to be highly organized with great attention to detail and fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of UAE mortgage products, services and policies as well as for competitor products and services within the UAE would be an advantage. (Please note that this position is only open to Emirati candidates currently residing in United Arab Emirates.) | |
