| Document Controller Based: Abu Dhabi Fantastic opportunity to join the Abu Dhabi office of this UK Architectural firm. This key role will involve the coordination and collation of architectural drawings produced in autoCAD, along with organisation and administration of key documents, and day to day client liaison. The role would suit an experienced Document Controller with an architectural background. Key Duties - Batch printing from Autocad - Using Bluebeam to batch PDF drawings - Creating printing templates using different line weights - Dating, stamping drawings - Using Excel to maintain issue sheets - Using Adobe Acrobat to create combined PDF drawing sets - Using Buzzsaw to upload/download drawings and create accounts Key Requirements - Good keyboard and IT skills, MS Word, Excel, Outlook - Excellent organisation skills - Good administration skills - Good communication skills - Excellent English language skills - AutoCAD advantageous - Previous document control experience advantageous - Asite experience advantageous - Previous experience in an architectural firm advantageous Company Benefits Pension Medical Insurance Life Assurance 24 days holiday (rising to 30 after year 1) | |
