| Senior Design Architect (Concept/Team Leader) WPR has been exclusively tasked with recruiting a Senior Design Architect for our client, one of the largest architectural practices in the Gulf. We are looking to speak with high calibre professionals with at least 9-10 years experience, which will include an impressive background within large scale hotels, residential projects and convention spaces. The successful candidate will have sound experience and knowledge of the UAE market and will have a firm understanding of the municipality culture and experience in dealing with these bodies. 3-4 years experience within the UAE/GCC market is essential. Experience in managing a team is essential for this role, as will leading the concept design of a large scale project. Membership of a professional institution (RIBA or equivalent) would be highly advantageous for this role.
