Senior Sales Engineer – Power Systems Division Abu Dhabi

Job Description :
1. Work closely with the sales team to manage the technical strategy of the sales cycle in order to achieve revenue goals within the assigned territory.
2. Effective delivery of company’s value proposition via technical presentations, product demonstrations and written or verbal communications.
3. Respond to prospect’s technical needs and objections in a timely manner.
4. To report to the sales manager and provide update on sales and markets.
5. Plan and execute sales calls which effectively articulate the firm’s offerings and create customer interest.
6. To establish contact with clients, consultants and contractors.
7. Get the company’s products & systems specified with the consultants.
8. To prepare proposals to the clients’ standard.
9. Coordinate with principals.
10. To maintain detailed sales and marketing trends.
11. Identify business opportunities and work with customers to understand requirements.
12. Generate and present proposals to customers.
13. Provide concise and timely status reporting as required by Sales Manager.
14. To learn about vendors new technology and products.
15. Hunt for projects, work on tenders and follow-up on submitted proposals.
16. Achieve the sales target.
17. Additional tasks as assigned from time to time.
GENERAL HIRING REQUIREMENTS
Age Limit : Below 35 Sex : Male Years of Experience : 3-5 years in the GCC market
Education Level Required : Electrical / Electronic Engineering Degree

Field Of Speciality :
1. Minimum 3-5 years technical sales engineering experience in handling sales of UPS, Industrial and Commercial Power Generators, Frequency Converters, Power Transformers, Raised Access Floor System, etc.
2. Hands on experience with at least 5 manufacturers.
3. The position is a front-line customer contact role requiring the highest levels of technical capabilities, sales savvy and people skills.
4. Demonstrated comfort working directly with customers in the sales and account management process.
5. Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills. Top notch presentation skills.
6. Team player with very good interpersonal skills and a track record of working closely with colleagues to achieve goals.

Must have really strong sales background within the low current and security systems sector
