| SUPPORT SERVICE ASSITANT •Receiving walk in customers main reception and give technical information for cars need for services. •Releasing vehicle when completed service with information of workshop done job technically and as well as payments. •In-charge for the booking schedule for the car needs service in the workshop. •Carefully noting the customer’s technical request/job to be done for their vehicle and be the best technical advice. •Coordinating with Reception General Manager, Service Manager, Technical Manager, Service Advisor, Supervisors, and warranty clerk. •Make sure the best service I can give to the expectation of customer with greetings and meets. | |
