Business Development Manager - Building Construction Experienced in Key sectors of Technical and Commercial Sales of Construction Contract Minimum 15 years Experience in the Marketing and Sales for the Construction / Contracting Field , out of which , must be at least FIVE years as either of above position as Manager level Proven record and Capability to Increase the Sales , to get the Business per Month as per the Sales Targets Given. The major Responsibility are • Organized Sales and Marketing team • Business Development Plan and able to get Monthly and regular Signing of Contracts • Able to recruit Team and extensive Travel with in UAE • Responsible to increase Live date base of the Prospective clients, Consultants, Government and semi government clients. • Any other related works and responsibility
