| COFFEE SHOP TRAINING MANAGER Primary Responsibility: • Responsible for conducting trainees development programs & analyzing training needs. • Developing and organizing training manuals and other educational materials • Responsible in developing training programs and updating training records. • Coordinate with the trainers and various departments in implementing the training programs and to ensure that all training activities are on schedule. • Responsible in drafting, revising and implementing training programs. Qualification: • Bachelor Degree Holder • Formal qualification as trainer • 5 years experience in a training role within a multinational environment • Previous work in customer service and hospitality industry would be desirable • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills • Must have the ability to prioritize and work proactively • Should be computer literate • Proficient in English language | |
