| Drilling Operations Island Team Leader Scope of Work: Manage the Drilling Supervisors assigned to his rigs in directing the day-to-day operation of the drilling rigs. Ensures that Company HSE policies, procedures, regulations and objectives are effectively implemented. Acts as the Incident Investigation Team Lead for all SHE reportable incidence. Provides operational expertise and day-to-day on-site supervision. Plans the details of the well operations and assures that the necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and services are available when needed. Works with the Logistics Coordinator and Drilling Supervisors to ensure timely movement of necessary equipment and supplies. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. At least 12 years experience in Drilling of which 3 years at least in a supervisory or lead position. With strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Drilling Information Management Systems (DIMS). With experience in directional drilling, wellbore stability, hole cleaning, drilling fluids including nonaqueous fluids, torque/drag, hydraulics, cementing, tubular design, logging geology, completions design Participated in ERD related workshops and IWCF Well Control. | |
